How do I check the status of a cashless claim?

To check the status of a cashless claim:

Your cashless claim can be online or offline-

a) Online cashless claim (when health IDs are available):

b) Offline cashless claim (when health IDs are not available):

Please call us at 1800 30 911 911, and our cashless team will be happy to help you.

- Our team will reach out to the insurer POC on your behalf and retrieve the status of your claim.

Note: Please provide us with the claim ID if the cashless request is raised directly by the hospital.
