How to download Health ID?

Download from the Plum app: 

• Download the Plum mobile app. If you haven’t already, you can get the Android app here and the iOS app here.
• From the home page, navigate to the Benefits section.
• Under Insurances, click on the Health Insurance tab.
• Scroll down and click on the Download button.

Download from the web browser:

• Log in to the Plum dashboard.
• Under Health Insurance, click on View details.
• On the right side, choose ‘Download Health Cards’ under Quick Actions.
• You can then download your Health ID.
