To keep in mind:
- It ideally takes 14 working days for the health IDs to be generated by the insurer. Once uploaded, the same will be reflected on the employee’s Plum Dashboard.
- It is possible to initiate a claim without a Health ID.
To do so, please call us at 1800 30 911 911, 1-2 days before the hospitalisation at a network hospital. Our team will assist you with the next steps in initiating a cashless claim facility without a health ID.
