What's covered/ What's not covered
On the Plum App:
- Download the Plum mobile app. If you haven’t already, you can get the Android app here and the iOS app here.
- From the homepage, navigate to the Benefits tab.
- Under Insurances, choose Health Insurance.
- To the right of the Cover Highlights section, click on View all to know what’s covered/ what’s not covered.
On the web browser:
- Log in to the Plum Dashboard.
- Click on the Health Insurance tab.
- Scroll down to know what’s covered/ what’s not covered.
Note:
For specific treatment coverage: Mail us the doctor’s prescription and Investigation (test) Reports at care@plumhq.com and we will check the admissibility of the treatment for you.
