Over the course of the last two years with Plum Telehealth — we have had the opportunity to serve over 2000 companies with 30,000+ completed doctor consultations, along with doubling our specialty and doctor headcount.
All of these improvements over the years have helped us understand how to better our Telehealth offerings. To continue our improving our offerings, we are making some significant changes.
Here are our new plans for Plum Telehealth for all new customers starting January 2023.
For existing customers, you will be contacted by your account managers during your upcoming renewal to help you pick plans and pricing for your teams.

2. What does this change mean for companies?
Starting 2023, Plum Telehealth will become a paid offering for all new companies on Plum.
3. What does this mean for existing companies on Plum?
Plum Telehealth will continue to remain a free offering till the upcoming renewal for existing companies on Plum. During renewal, companies will be contacted by their account managers, who will help them pick plans best suited for their teams.
4. Can employees purchase Telehealth subscriptions on their own?
We will soon allow employees to purchase individual Plum Telehealth subscriptions.
5. Can employees connect with a doctor in-person?
Plum Telehealth is an online-only service. Unfortunately, employees cannot connect in-person with one of our doctors.
