Changes to Telehealth plans
Starting in January 2023, however, our new and improved Telehealth service will be a paid offering for all new customers.
As a token of our appreciation for your trust and loyalty, we will continue to offer Plum Telehealth for free until your next renewal. During your next renewal, your account managers will provide more information on the various paid Telehealth plans available to you.
