- Yes, we are currently releasing to Android users only, followed by iOS in the coming months.
- How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
- You will receive a confirmation email and a Whatsapp message once the payment has been received and your appointment is booked with Plum Telehealth.
- You can view the appointment under the ‘Upcoming’ section within ‘Your Consultations’ on your app.
- What if my payment doesn’t go through?
- In this case, your Telehealth appointment would not be confirmed, and you would need to make a fresh booking with a new payment.
- In addition, you will receive communication from your bank and Razorpay for the failure.
- What if my payment gets deducted but I don’t receive an appointment confirmation notification?
- In such a case, Plum will automatically initiate a refund and notify you to book a new appointment through email and WhatsApp.
- What if my payment gets deducted, and I view “Payment processing”? How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
- You will receive a confirmation email and Whatsapp once the payment has been received and your appointment is booked with Plum Telehealth.
- Once confirmed, you can view the appointment under the ‘Upcoming’ section within ‘Your Consultations’ on your app.
- What if I miss an appointment I paid for?
- We request you be mindful of the doctor’s time and reschedule/cancel appointments in advance in case of a schedule conflict. We will not be refunding the price paid for the appointment in case of a no-show from the patient’s end.
- What if I have feedback about my appointment experience?
- We’re open to hearing your feedback. Please write to care@plumhq.com; and we will be happy to assist you with your queries.
- What if the doctor cancels my appointment that I have paid for?
- We will initiate an automatic refund which you will be intimated about via email, Whatsapp and push notification. You will be required to book a new appointment for the same speciality.
- How do I get the invoice for my appointment?
- An invoice will be shared via email and Whatsapp with you post your consultation end time.
- How do I know the status of my refund?
- Refunds usually take between 5-7 working days.
