Step 1:
Log in to your Plum Dashboard
Step 2:
Click on the ‘₹’ symbol in the top-right corner of your screen
Step 3:
On the CD accounts screen, click on the ‘Invoice icon’ as shown
Step 4:
You will see a Proforma invoice pop-up
Note: Pro-forma invoices for CD top-ups are currently only available for ICICI Lombard, Digit, and Care insurance. For other insurance providers, you can get your Proforma invoices by emailing us at endorsements@plumhq.com
Step 5:
You will be then asked to share your Company's GSTN and Address. This is mandated as per law to generate an invoice.
Note:
This is a one-time process. Plum will keep these details saved for any future requests.
Step 6:
Use the toggle switch shown to add a buffer amount to your CD account
What is a buffer amount, and why should you add one?
We recommend maintaining 20% of your annual premium as a balance at all times. For example, if your original premium is ₹1,00,000, please maintain at least ₹20,000 as your CD Balance. This makes sure that your team is always covered.
You can also edit your buffer amount using the edit button.
Step 7:
You can also use the toggle switch below to add more recipients, who will get the Proforma invoice directly in their inboxes.
for example, an admin or finance representative in your company to send them a copy of the Proforma invoice
Step 8:
Finally, click on the ‘Request pro-forma invoice’ button. You will receive an email with your invoice
